I went into this interview expecting it to be like all of the reviews described it as: a 1-on-1 interview and then a mock sales call. They must've changed their interview style lately or they were just really busy. Parked, checked in, and got called back with 4 other people my age (college seniors about to graduate). We had a tour of the sales floor, then did a group activity where we had to pretend to sell an amusement park attraction. The interviewer asked us how we thought we did, and then we watched a movie about RV and the sales process. Then he walked us out and that was it. I felt like the interviewer didn't get to know any of us personally, and I didn't think I did well because I wasn't the most outspoken person in the group. But three days later, I got an email requesting a background check, and the following day I got the offer.
