dumb questions asked by manager not asked for experience in the job very little talk about the company told i would be sent on training course in Scotland but it never happened told would replace tools when broken this to was a lie they did supply me with boots and told me there would be some heating but it took 13 months before this happened then the manager switched it off because it was costing to much the office was on 24-7
