The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

I walked into the restaurant and asked for an application. Filled it out on the spot and turned it in. Called in a week later to ask about my application. Manager scheduled an interview the following day. Interview was easy consisting of what my availability was. Got a call the next day asking me to coming in for orientation.

Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The interviewer spend most of the interview pulling up my application on her phone that I had to help her find. Asked me 2 questions then told me I’d get a call back the next day. It’s been two weeks. This is embarrassing for your entire team please fix yourself.
