Applied online, took their silly assessment, and was called within a week to setup an interview after I saw an ad stating that a current location was hiring. The woman who interviewed me was very nice and all and questions were not difficult. Questions included were strengths? Weaknesses? What would you change in prior work place in regards to safety procedures? Availability and goals in life? Customer service and times where you worked under pressure? I was unfortunately turned down but glad since I wouldn't even be receiving 16 hours a week! Also if you're going to work in a place like this they want to see someone stay there for a long time. I was told that if hired I would be moved up after time but my career goals and the job I was applying for are different. Also the woman didn't seem to happy to know I only had open availability because of summer vacation.
