I had one interview in person and was offered the position two days later. The interview questions were standard to the PM position; nothing was out of the ordinary. The panel that interviewed me was the CEO, VP of Sales and another PM.

They asked a lot of questions of how I handle client interactions and how a PM should react in difficult situations (scope creep, managing resources, etc).
