It was very simple. Apply online and make sure if you call to follow up on your application status it is not during peak business hours. Shortly after opening is the best time to call since it is not busy. Calling during busy hours and expecting an immediate answer will lessen your chances at being hired. You will be called in for an in-person interview where they will ask simple interview questions and ask about your previous work (you don't necessarily need to have previous restaurant experience). You'll likely be reached out to within a week after your interview with your application status.

I was asked about my previous tenure there, Original hired as a server, Was also made aware of new rules and regulations regarding the bartending and server changes. I say they are good interviewers. There wasn't a test.
