J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Lobster (Buford, GA) en févr. 2013
Entretien
Applied online, and within 6-8 hours got an email asking to come in for an interview. Five minutes after that I got a phone call from the hiring manager, asking to come in the next day (wednesday) for a first interview with her. The interview was pretty basic, typical server position questions, such as, conflict resolution, team worker attitude, communication with management and what not. I seem to have nailed it because she got another manager to come in and give me my second interview on the spot. He was a bit more straightforward but I appreciated the no BS attitude. He spoke salary, and that I would be a servers assistant for a month or so... then after management consideration I could start on the floor. My first day was today, and it is a great job all in all.

Question 1
nothing too scary... pretty straight forward question that anyone with any experience would know how to approach.

It was very relaxed and was done in a booth. Easy questions about my work experience and future goals. I was interviewed by a manager and the general manager. I was nervous but they didn’t hold that against me.

Question 1
If I was interested in eventually a management position as I have some experience.
The process was straightforward and stress-free, consisting of only two interviews, both of which were relaxed, conversational, and easy to navigate, making the overall experience smooth and approachable from start to finish.
Quick and easy, our location was desperately hiring so you don't even need experience. I was hired on the spot. Some people may need multiple interviews but I only had 1.
