Applied through university, process took 2 weeks. 2 phone screens, 3 onsite interviews (half hour each), 1 with manager. The people were fairly nice, and the process was overall smooth. The HR process was a bit clunky, and had to follow multiple times to get a decision. Make sure you are very honest throughout the interviews and don't write stuff in the resume that you can't explain.
