Headhunted by them but after going through many rounds of interviews, there was no final closure by their recruiter or the hirer, despite asking for their hiring status. I have no respect for company or person who does not have the courtesy to at least reply with a "no, we are not proceeding with your candidacy...". Can't imagine working for a company who does not respect or pay attention to individuals. What a culture.
