I had a brief screening call with a recruiter, then a video interview with the hiring manager. I thought all went well and was told I'd hear back from them either way, but then months went by with no update, even after I sent multiple follow-up emails. Only recently did I get an automated email telling me they had moved forward with another candidate. I just wish their communication had been better during this process.
