The interview process consists of a series of interviews by managers, a technical panel and HRs. They are very very negligent about the rounds, HRs kept moving the profile from one job requisition to another, without any concrete information, 1 round every month without any information what so ever but "we will let you know" . One of the HRs resigned while handling the profile, said that there are budgetary issues and that this won't be taken further. Another 2 weeks later another HR calls up to move for round 3. Managers do not receive writing tests and have no clue whatsoever about what is going on. It is an absolute nightmare to go through such an experience. Request the team to start looking at candidates in a humane way. No clue why no offer was extended, no feedback shared either, had great rounds of interview.

One short interview with the recruiting manager, followed by 2 separate group interviews with 2 existing Red Hat employees familiar with the work. All interviews were virtual. Standard interview questions, why red hat, tell me about a time you overcame an obstacle, worked in a group, dealt with a difficult coworker, etc etc.
