First, you will speak with HR, then the hiring manager, followed by your potential teammates, and finally, you'll meet counterparts in other departments. Generally, everyone is communicative and helpful throughout the process. Please be prepared for potential wait times between different stages.

Straight forward, no curveballs. Be prepared to discuss exactly why you want the position, and what your growth plan is. Pretty standard tech style interview with multiple iterative interviews to go through.

I only made it to the initial phone screen for three separate positions from two recruiters. 30-minute conversation about my skills and role. After this, neither contacted me back until I reached out 3 weeks later. That's my only experience with RedHat.
