I had an initial interview over teams call which included the marketing director, HR, and graphic designer in the company. I then was invited to the face to face second interview where every member of the team was in my interview. Very strange having an interview and talking to 5 people at once including people who were more junior than the role i was being interviewed for! I also had to come up with ideas on how i would improve the website that they were changing. They wrote down notes of what i recommended and it almost felt like a sneaky way to get free marketing advice when they know they might not even offer the job to that person. They have a office on the isle of wight ao be prepared, you may be required to travel there weekly even if the job ad says southampton. The team were all really nice but i didnt get offered the job and had to ring up to find out the outcome as they never got back to me.
