      Entretien

2 long talks over 45 minutes with the owner of the Company. Got a chance to answer a lot of questions about my personality and whether I would fit in with the company. A lot of questions seemed to be irrelavant to the day to day functions of the job. The questions that I asked about the day to day functions of the job and training, went largely unanswered. It nice to hear about working styles, but I would recommend that the owner puts some thought into what a perfect day would look like, and be able to speak to that. I can say that after our 2 conversations, I still wasn't really sure what recruiters in his company did throughout the day. I asked a lot of questions about training and onboarding. By the end of the second interview, I still was not clear on what that looked like. Lastly, it's important to remember that companies are not just interviewing you, you are interviewing them as well. In my case, the owner was late to the second interview. Also, I was told after both interviews that I would receive follow up. The first time, I did not hear back and I reached out multiple times because I had another offer I was considering. The second time, I did not attempt to follow up based on how my questions were answered. Overall, this was a neutral experience because I only applied via a Job board, and did not spend a lot of effort having to upload multiple resumes, etc. Edited: After some thought, I think the owner is really passionate about his business and he actually seems like a great person overall. I felt I clearly understood his motives and drive. I just dont think our working styles would aign. However, if this company is a fit for you, you may really enjoy working there. It seemed like the owner really cares about his team.
