1. The first step was to complete their "Red Bull Wingfinder" assessment which is a personality test.
2. An online interview where you answered four questions. Each question was shown one by one, where you were given 1 min to read the question and "prepare" your answer, followed by 3 minutes of recording your answer to that particular question. (No re-takes!)
(3.) After the assessment I was contacted by HR by phone to schedule the next step which was an interview.
4. On site interview with HR and the mananger.
5. I did not make it to the next step but they said that step 5 would be a case interview.
6. The sixth step would have been an interview with someone from the Red Bull HQ.
