Procesos iniciales realizados por una IA, no por personas. Entrevista con la gente técnica; me han llamado aunque no tenía el perfil, para luego decirme que no cumplía el perfil. No recomiendo esta empresa. Cortaron la entrevista a los 5 minutos de comenzar, lo que me parece una gran falta de respeto y seriedad con la persona entrevistada.

I had 3 rounds of interview and one HR round. the rounds technical, more technical with higher management and Case study presentation. Question were not difficult but requires you to have understanding of your skills.

what is your motivation to join the red bull? Are you ok to relocate? Basically technical questions were from details mentioned in my resume. You need to be master of your resume and basically able to defend the resume for all sort of queries.

Entretien
It was rather professional, using methods and analysing not only job background, but also personal specifications. It was really clear and on point. Short interview with nice questions. They automized the process so you don't wait for weeks in order to arrange a call with HR.
