First applied online through their website, which I then got an email to complete a video assessment where I was asked a few automated questions and spoke to the camera. After this I was asked to take part in a group interview held at their head office in London. This went really well, everyone was lovely and there was loads of energy with plenty of free Red Bull going around. We watched a few presentations about the company and the role, and then we took part in a few activities like doing an initial ice breaker, small presentation, one-to-one speed interviews.

Online application followed by a video interview. Given 30 seconds to prepare and three minutes to answer. There were five questions in total, some not recorded. The camera was live the whole time, apparently certain parts are not filmed.
