I applied online with prior work experience within the company. I was asked to move forward in the next interview process and participate in an video interview. You're not speaking to another human though...you're asked a series of questions and given a time frame as to how long your response can be. I don't like this method of interviewing. It's not personable and not speaking to another person is uncomfortable. I'd suggest any applicants to really research the company and brand before the interview so that you'll be knowledgeable throughout the interview. Also, casually reference your experience in regards to how it will fit well with the qualifications that are required for the role that you are applying for.
