Screening call then Call with hiring manager. This was clearly a "do we like you" type of interview, the Hiring manager even said that IT was the most important thing "Are you one of us". There was no criteria for hiring ....no insight of how to hire, what technical skills were needed, or how to fill a role. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME, NONE OF THEM SEEM POSITIVE. THIS IS THE TYPE OF COMPANY THAT WILL GROW QUICKLY, FAIL TO MANAGE STAFF, HIRE INAPPROPRIATELY, AND THEN HEMORRHAGE EMPLOYEES. TYPICAL START UP MENTALITY.

Entretien
10-15 minute call with recruiter, then phone interview with engineering manager, then 4ish hour on-site interview with 4-5 people separately. Be prepared to answer "Why do you love Recurly" and/or "Why do you want to work at Recurly" at least 4-5 times throughout the process. Questions about you/your craft are limited and most interviews were heavy on talking about Recurly and light on the candidate's background and skill set.
