Being interviewed by people, who really understand people was an absolute highlight; the lead consultant took time to both put me at ease, to look beyond my cv and really understand my skills, needs, abilities and wants.

Quick and streamlined.
Went in to meet with one of the Recruiters so as to find a new job (not directly applying for a role with them) and met with the CEO two days later. Offered the job on the spot.
