Hello. Thanks for your review. I'm really sorry this interview upset you so much! I thought we did have a nice call together before we conducted your in-person interview, but my team was concerned about your frequent job changes, even though yes, the reason you shared with me on the phone screen seemed perfectly reasonable.
From my perspective, during your in-person interview, I simply restated to you that I understood your reason for changing jobs during our phone screen but that my team had concerns, so I asked you the question again. You immediately broke down crying which was unsettling to all of us and of course we felt bad for you. It was never our intention to make you cry or cause you discomfort. We certainly do not have a toxic work culture and I feel confident that anyone on my team would agree with this statement. I am still open to discuss your candidate experience further. We are always looking to get feedback on how we can improve. If not, I hope for all the best in your job search and wish you well.
