Conducted a virtual interview. Very fast process of the role being explained and covering the pay structure. Within 5 minutes of ending the interview, I was sent a job offer. Although I was hesitant, as this is much faster than any company I have interviewed with, I confirmed accepting the offer and waited for hiring documents to be sent for further review. Within 10 days of this email, I was sent another email saying that due to a lack of my response (?) the offer was being withdrawn. Definitely felt like I dodged a bullet with this company. I would exercise caution if considering to work for this organization, it seems disorganized.
