Very Quick. 2 weeks between HR interview and offer. Hiring manager , GM and HR all involved at the last meeting all together. Focus on ability to work under pressure.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reckitt (Barcelone) en août 2018
Entretien
I submitted my profile via LinkedIn and got called by the HR department.
1. I had a call with the talent acquisition specialist, which was sucessful.
2. They sent me a personality and analytics test, which was sucessful.
3. Later had an additional call where I was asked to develop a business case which they game me 1h to solve and was asked questions about after. They wanted to test my analytical skills and way of processing information and problem solving. It was succesful.
4. After this I had an interview with the two senior leaders which gave me an additional case to solve, more oriented towards strategt and data analytics.
After this, the next step was to have an interview with the Marketing Director. Unfortunatelly they said I did not pass the test for the role they needed.
I recieved the message 2 weeks later after writing twice to the HR department asking about it. Despite this, the process was fair, organized and I was informed of the steps throughout the process, everyone was polite and human and they guaranteed full confidentiality of all the results.
