I applied through my campus career page and completed the online application. Not too difficult, but there was an online math test afterwards. 18 questions in 25 minutes, the key is not to freak out, and if you think a question is taking too long, skip it.
The first interview was done at school, very brief, the interviewers were so nice, and so excited to talk about the company. They asked me what stream I would be interested in (sales, marketing, finance, supply chain), and then had a set question to ask me based on my answer. Besides that single question, the rest was all behavioural. Very relaxed.
The second round interview was in New Jersey. The day we arrived there was a cocktail that night where there were representatives from the company who would be judging you the next day. The day consisted of four components (in no particular order): Individual case crack, group case crack, 1-on-1 interview, and a group negotiation. I had never been more scared for anything in my life, and it ended up being a really fun day.
