Basically, some behavioral questions for an hour in total (meeting for 30min with 2 different interviewers). They want to know about your past experiences and also your brand management skills. Be prepared to explain every moves and positions in your resume and to give an example of a good and a bad ad, and why.
Also, be prepared to name one of their product and describe its positioning (what makes it successful or not)

Tell me about a time when you lead a team? How did you manage to do it? What were the results?
The selection process includes 2 steps: the first one with the Talent acquisition manager, lasting around 15/20 min, to know more about yourself, your background and aspirations and the role for which you are applying. The second one, of about 1h, with your future manager, with other attitudinal questions and a short case analysis.

Got in contact with the talent manger after an event over email, had first round Interview with the Talent Manager then with the hiring manager and also the manager. The interview process took about 2 weeks with some rescheduling from their end

HR was unprofessional and ghosted at the end. Would appreciate a response from a MNC like this regardless of the outcome. Unprofessional and speaks a lot about the culture there.
