Hurried, stressful. Interview date wasn't flexible. They gave a multi day homework project to finish in half a day, to stay up during the night. They call you up on the phone and make you decide on the spot about things, without wanting to give time. Super rushed, super stressful. It's a sign that the pressure inside might be immense.

In the first round of the interview I was assigned a homework that was clearly related to DS. It was a task where you could really show your expertise and your creativity. Later on, after rolling into the next round, I interviewed at Budapest with one of the members of the Team. The technical interview took more than an hour - I really enjoyed the discussion. I passed and attended an interview with one of the HR staffs later on. It was ok - there were relatively simple questions during the talk. In a nutshell, they were interested in how you react in difficult situations. At the very end of the interview process I got an offer and I told the HR that I would not be able to respond within 2 weeks as I was just about to travel without internet access. They said it was ok but when I got back it turned out that my offer was withdrawn for no clear reasons. Their explanation was pretty vague. Realeyes, please keep your promises if you make. Give offers if and only if you are really certain about your decisions. Treat your candidates. If you wish to suggest risk, propose deadlines and no one will grumble, then.
