Hello and thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We appreciate any feedback, both good and bad, and have taken your comments on board.
I’m sorry your experience wasn’t as good as you would expect. We're committed to improving, and several things have changed since you interviewed, hopefully for the better. For a start, we now have three offices! We've also refined our recruitment process, though we've kept interviews relatively informal. It's in line with the culture we are building here, and we want our interviewing process to reflect that from the very beginning.
