Overall, the entire recruitment process was a mess. I never had a recruiter reach out to me, only an email to say they wanted a phone interview. Then, they took nearly a week to schedule it, and it turns out to be a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the Accounting Director was fine. Realpage has since seemingly ghosted me. No feedback, and my status on their website still says "Scheduling Phone Interview". If this is how their recruitment process is, I can only imagine the mess that is the company.
