The organization was very small at the time so it was a casual interview with the Executive Director. There was only one other staff member at the time and I also met with them. The interview primarily focused on the history on the Reagan-Udall Foundation and the quirkiness of being a non-profit organization linked to a regulatory agency and the blend of skills it takes to do well in that environment.
