Initial interview was with CEO and HR. I was sent a case study to complete for the 2nd interview with the Chief Customer Officer. I had 30 minutes to present and then 30 mins open for discussion and any questions I had.

Strengths and weaknesses. What makes a good sales person
Before speaking with anyone, I was asked to complete an assessment that focused on numerical sequences and shape recognition. While I took it since no personal information was required, it felt a bit excessive for a CSM role. I was then scheduled for a 75-minute interview with the CEO, without first having a screening call or conversation with the hiring manager. Since the salary range also wasn’t disclosed, I ultimately decided not to move forward with the interview.
