One on one interview followed by phone interview. Very professional and interactive. I was shortlisted by a recruitment agency, then I was scheduled to meet the recruitment manager. After an hour of one on one interview I was referred to another overseas manager for a 30 minutes phone interview. One day later, I got a call that I got the job and I was made an offer. I got a lot of experience from that job.
