Misleading. This school. Expects teachers to fill the role of three people. New teachers should be wary and not join as their first job. The salary maybe tempting the work load is enormous. Admin wants compliment people who will follow their script.

Weeds out the weak but not the desperate. The school can tell who is compliant. Not who will give the students a good and accurate education. History and Science teacher need not apply they will expect you to do the work of two or three people.
