In short, whole process took about 4 months, dangled a carrot in front of me for 2/4 months with the word "offer". Initially scheduled for 3-4 interviews, then had 2 additional ones slotted in and a marketing proposal. Did not get offer since after all that they were not hiring for the role anymore. Feels to me like they were looking for ideas, which I gave plenty of, on how to run their business, provided them with plenty in the interviews and a whole presentation that they could use. Chaotic, disorganized, indecisive, unproductive, disrespectful etc.
