I had a great comprehensive Q & A with the recruiter about my background, education and skill set. Nice that the recruiter wanted to understand what I was looking for and career goals. He also provided a nice overview of the position and program.

Long. First interview was hours long, wasn't prepared for that. Was left alone in a room for what felt like an eternity. Eventually had to tell the interviewer I had to leave because it had been nearly 5 hours.
