Interview included standard behavioral questions and went over some of my projects and coursework. Afterwards, the interviewer went over the role and answered questions. Generally, it was a positive experience.

A panel of engineers do a resume grill + ask you technical questions specific to their team and your experience. They don't really expect you to get everything right. It was I'd say mainly behavioral, given that it's an intern position, and they appreciated knowledge about their specific department.
