6 interviewers in the room, 4 managers and 2 principal engineers. the interiew was via zoom meeting and they all were very straight forward and knowledgeable. the meeting lasted for almost two hours and it was a round robin of questions

Have you managed teams and how have you handled conflict within engineering teams.
Yes it wasn’t difficult as long as you do your research in the company and know the basics of engineer. Try to get acquainted in soft skills and hard skills.
