Unorganized and confusing hiring process.
Applied to a Java software engineer role, but then was requested and interviewed for a different C++ software engineer role. Job req numbers were never matching and hard to tell what I was even being considered for. They are obviously desperate for people and will take anyone they can get.
Raytheon needs to refactor their interview process and improve their communication skills if they ever want to land a good candidate. I ended up canceling my interviews because of how unorganized everything was. Recommend looking at a smaller company, unless a big corp is what you want.
