J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Raytheon (Tucson, AZ) en déc. 2019
Entretien
I was sought out by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and had a 30-45 minute brief phone interview with a younger Ratheon engineer. I was informed that I would be moving forward in the interview process, and invited I was invited to a two-day hiring event in Tucson, AZ. The first day included an impressive facilities tour, the company pitch, and a networking event to meet and pitch ourselves to various teams. Formal interviews were the second day. I sat with two interviewers, both of whom were senior engineers. I was astonished at how non-technical my interview was, and pleased, given that my controls background was somewhat light. They asked me a few, minimally-technical questions about controls projects that I'd done. Instead, most of their questions were about the projects which involved my previous work in integrative physiology, as well as my current studies in manned spaceflight and space life sciences. They asked a few personal questions, asked me what drew me to their specific team, and asked if I had any questions for them.
