I found out about the opportunity through a university career fair. Met with the recruiters at the fair, gave them a resume, and was selected for an online interview about a week later. The online interview was primarily behavioral questions surveying my interest in the industry, why Raymond James, and walking through my resume. About one week later I was asked to complete a series of personality tests and critical thinking tests. Two weeks later I was invited to Super Day at Raymond James Headquarters in St. Petersburg.

Got a phone interview from an HR person so I knew it wasn't going to be technical, but they will keep asking questions to get the smallest (and really irrelevant) detail. They will ask you behavioral questions about team work etc and what ever example you give the interviewer will constantly ask you more about it (almost to the point it's annoying). Also they will ask you the same question using different words (I guess to check for consistency?) which is really annoying as well why Raymond James? Why this program? The questions as you can read below is kind of random and not relevant to the program itself.
Final round happens in the hq in mid feb.
