Simple process. Screening from HR department, and then face to face with branch manager. Branch manager told me I had the role during the interview. Received offer letter a couple days later. I asked for more and they granted my request.

I only did video interview and I thought it was tough. Interview focused a lot on networking and prospecting. I think there were 5 questions total and the time limit was really short.

Entretien
There are two virtual interviews with current advisors, and then in person with branch manager in the office you are applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, not much on markets or the economy.
