Very easy and the interviewers are friendly. Be yourself and it's okay to be nervous, it's normal. If you feel nervous, drink water. Don't sit down before being told to. Introduce yourself. Listen carefully to the questions and it's okay to ask them to repeat if you didn't understand

I interviewed for 2 different recruiting positions- one in campus recruiting and another was a recruiting coordinator position in a different department. I never heard back after either of the interviews. I followed up after both interviews and didn't even receive a generic email afterwards. I value transparency and professionalism in the hiring process, and it’s disappointing not to have received closure after the time and effort invested. It is unprofessional not to provide candidates with a response — even if the decision is not to move forward. Experiences like this can leave a lasting impression, not only on the candidates involved but on the company’s reputation as a whole. Send a brief note of closure after interviewing candidates. This goes a long way in maintaining a positive reputation with potential candidates. Consider implementing a more consistent candidate communication process moving forward.
