They called me to tell me about the opportunity and discuss whether I would be interested. I went to their office for one interview. It was very informal. Seems like they had already decided from the resume that they wanted to hire me. The pay offered was more than fair (more than I'd expected). They just asked a few very simple questions about myself/my interests. I got a tour of the building and an overview of the process.

There was a 45 minute behavioral interview with the head of IT. They asked me generic questions about my experience, times i faced challenges and worked in a team. In addition to this they also asked about my involvement in campus, and why i chose Raymond james instead of other companies.
