Applied for the position, got a call from recruiter to do phone interview about 2 weeks later. After phone interview, was set up for a face to face interview on site a couple days after. Did the interview on a Friday, got an offer the following Monday.

Easy interview...not much thinking involved. They asked a few basic questions. They don't want people who are "too ambitious" otherwise you'll leave the department after a year. They want "lifers"
