Simple process. Applied through email to a hiring manager, had an interview with them, later met with a member of the development team at a career fair for a simple and friendly technical interview, then got a job offer shortly after. All happened within the span of a month.

Entretien
I talked to the hiring manager on the phone for about a half hour about my classroom experiences and the technologies I was familiar with. It went really well and I expected a second-round interview, but instead I simply got an offer the next time I spoke to him.
