J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rapptr Labs en oct. 2022
Entretien
The process took 3 months. The first round is a home assessment. After that, they wrote to me only a couple of months later. The next round of interviews with the engineer asked only iOS questions. 3rd round of interviews with two engineers discussing previous projects and questions on implementation and edge cases.
I applied to an external jobs platform. I had an initial interview with a recruiter that asked questions about my previous experiences. Then, some days later I received an email from another person asking me to share a code from my repository or to submit a coding test. I opted out to share a code from an app that I already have. They disappeared right after that.
They probably stole my code and conducted a fake hiring process. There are other reviews here that are basically describing the same process. This is something that is happening quite often with many companies, and I think that Rapptr Labs decided to do the same.
I also think that they are doing this with people outside of U.S to avoid lawsuits.
STAY AWAY.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your technical experiences.
There were two interviews conducted. The first one was mostly conversational. The second interview was more technical and experience based. Ultimately, I learned a lot from each interview both about company culture, expectations and the role.

Had initial screen. Went over my experience, education and et cetera. They didn't have too many questions for me so I was doing most of the asking. Next step after that was sending in a sample of work or choosing to do a test. Went for the first one and sent in some code I had worked on. Didn't work out, no particular feedback.
