RUNBISH REPLY AND PATHETIC FOUNDER After completing HR Round and Telephonic interview along with practical task, the Digital Marketing Manager said she liked my work and then there was no response for more than a week. It is unfair to the candidate if you give him a Assignment to work and take 2 rounds of interview and then no response is given until follow ups are made by him. And then you said I don't have a IT background. If this was the case then you should be clear before the interview itself. Don't waste the time of others they are not free like your Co-founder who took more than a week to give a rubbish reply even after clearing the practical assignment.
