The Process took 4 weeks.
Interview went smoothly and I was kept updated throughout the entire process . First was a phone screening with the recruiter and then onto the hiring manager.
Once approved, you move onto the Team managers with behavioral/technical questions. If you passed this process you are then given a take home project following 2 more culture focused panel interviews with cross-functional and direct team members. After this is the offer letter.
Like some have said, the mercy of your candidacy is at risk if you don't particularly pique the interest of certain key interviewers.
I appreciated the fact that you do receive feedback but please be aware that some interviewers are looking for specific questions/answers that you have to guess at.
