Before I was interviewed I had to take the Wonderlic, a typing skill assessment and personal index test. The questions were direct and simply put throughout. I was open to ask any questions and was able to have a conversation with the interviewer during the interview.

One initial Phone interview with basic questions about background, schooling, job history and desired shifts. They talked about what exactly they do. A follow up zoom call with hiring managers. Testing at the end. Very professional and productive.

Two phone calls and a couple video interviews. Interviewer was quite demanding considering this is just a customer service role. Not as flexible for hours because your days off change every month.
