One of the most misleading interviews I've ever had. The first interview was a one way interview and a second interview panel with multiple senior leadership. I was transparent about being in the middle of an interview process after being scheduled and no-showed by the SVP of accounts who I had already met. She then did not respond for multiple days until the recruiter and her manager had a follow up interview asking the same questions already answered in the original meeting. It felt like they were trying to do damage control but my recommendation would be to stay far from this company. I also found it odd that the entire team responsible for the decision was women of the same ethnicity... it was just odd in full transparency.
