La prima fase del colloquio è stata divisa in due parti svolte in un’unica call online: il primo link prevedeva di svolgere dei test attitudinali (logica, matematica, comprensione del testo…) il secondo link prevedeva una partita al gioco “event horizon” attraverso il quale viene effettuato lo screening di figure junior

smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
